George Johnson E.J. is a seasoned business leader with over three decades of leadership experience in firm management, P&L, account management, and sales management across leading organizations including JLL India, ABN AMRO Bank, ICICI Bank, and Xerox India.

Throughout his career, he has led high-performing teams, driven business growth, managed key client relationships, and successfully delivered strategic initiatives across technology sectors, banking, and the property consulting.

George holds an MBA from T. A. Pai Management Institute (TAPMI) and has completed the Senior Management Program from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, equipping him with a strong foundation in leadership, strategy, and business transformation.

As Co-Founder of DatamatrixAI, he leverages his extensive industry experience to help organizations harness the power of Artificial Intelligence, data-driven decision-making, and digital innovation to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Prior to co-founding Datamatrix.AI, Radha Baran Mohanty served as Delivery Head for the North America segment at Infosys, leading Data Analytics and AI engagements across Retail and CME clients including Verizon, Comcast, and T-Mobile. He brings over 15 years of deep expertise in the US healthcare sector, having worked with major payers including Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, and BCBS, along with extensive COTS customization experience across BFSI, Healthcare, and Energy Utilities.

At Datamatrix.AI, he has spearheaded the development of EDIS, the company's flagship AI product, and customized and implemented AI products for Tata Power in India. During his Infosys tenure, he delivered multiple product-led AI solutions for Southern California Edison — giving Datamatrix.AI credible cross-border depth in energy AI.

An IIT Kharagpur alumnus with 28 years of IT experience, he holds specialized AI/ML training from IIT Kanpur and Generative AI certification from IISc.
